We decided to buy a property in El Galan, Orihuela Costa in view of relocating on a permanent basis within the next year or so. Recently Rachel Broadhead sold my house in Aldea del Monte for me. There were a number of complicating issues, one of which was arranging with a builder to fix a damaged wall. This was done to all parties' complete satisfaction,thus enabling the sale to proceed . On another occasion she contacted the Administrators of the Urbanisation for me. Her advice is always sound. She, and her assistant Emily completed the inventory, forwarded copies of documents for me, arranged a garden tidy-up, and generally performed a host of services really well, which I was not able to see to myself. I was unable to travel to Spain due to pandemic restrictions, and an invalid husband. This was all achieved with unfailing courtesy and good humour. Most of our communication was by email, but when any urgent issue arose she phoned for a speedier reaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Costa villas services.

Rachel was responsible for selling my parents house, after the house had been sitting on the market for a very long time. She started by giving clear and good advice about realistic pricing for the property - which once we’d taken on board led to a sale within months. During the sales process- which is always stressful - she continued to give excellent support and went way beyond the call of duty ensuring that all the details and requirements were put in place to make the process smooth. I bought my house in May 2017 through Costa Villas. Rachel helped me through the process making it straight forward and I was more than happy with the personal service I received.

In 2012 our children told us that they no longer wanted our house here in Spain so we put it on the housing market.
